What is your return policy?
All shipped prints are made to order and returns cannot be accepted under most circumstances.  If you receive your prints in a damaged or defective condition, please take a photo and email it to me at y-designs@outlook.com. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if you have any problems or need assistance with your order, please email y-designs@outlook.com and I'll get back to you ASAP.

 

How long will it take to receive my prints?

All prints are made to order and shipped as follows:

USA: USPS or USPS First Class Post | 2-9 business days

UK: Royal Mail | 1-14 business days

AUSTRALIA: Australia Post | 2-4 business days
